Corporate Social Responsibility

is the philosophy at the heart of our daily practices and plans for the future. CSR activities have been part of the company’s strategic goals since the beginning, in order to add additional value to our work and create a more beneficially environment. Our activity is based on competence volunteering, in which our consultants and representatives share what is the most valuable: their knowledge and experience.

Our CSR activities are honored with the Responsibility Laurel award, which we received in the competition “Promotion of corporate social responsibility standards” organized by PKPP Lewiatan, NSZZ Solidarność and the consulting company Deloitte. This way, we are among the Polish leaders in CSR activities, next to companies such as: Orange, GlaxoSmithKline, Kompania Piwowarska, PGNiG, PKP Energetyka, Samsung Electronics Poland, T-Mobile and PKN Orlen.

Our activities were also noted in the “Responsible Business in Poland 2013. Good Practices” report, published by the Responsible Business Forum: the largest non-governmental organization in Poland, focusing on the dissemination of knowledge on corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.

We are focused on 2 basic areas:

We support NGOs in raising project awareness so that they can achieve their statutory objectives efficiently. We consult projects, conduct pro bono training and organize a program “2 Chairs”. We worked, among others, with the Polish Humanitarian Action, the “AKOGO?” Foundation, the Polish Foundation for Children and Youth, the Cracow Hospice for Children and the Responsible Business Forum.

We engage in activities aimed at young people, believing that they will result in the development of their personal competences and in the future will translate into greater efficiency of our beneficiaries when taking up professional work.

Expert Project

With the Polish Association of Youth Projects, the publisher of the Euro26 charter, we organize periodically “Expert Project” – an event aimed at people aged 18-29 who want to learn how to manage projects and use this skill in their own activities. The Expert Project is part of Project Management Day of Service, an US-based initiative that brings together project managers from different parts of the world who share their project management knowledge pro bono.

2 Chairs Program

As part of the NGO-directed 2 Chairs Program, we offer two free places, for representatives of foundations and associations, in our PMP® Academy, based on the best international standards of project management. We qualify for the training on the basis of a description of the planned projects, in which the newly acquired skills and knowledge can be used.

English Summer/Winter Camp

Since the beginning of PM Experts, we have been supporting the English Summer Camp project. It is a charitable program organized by the Gdansk branch of the Project Management Institute. Thanks to this, children in a difficult life situation can participate in holiday English courses, based on the highest quality educational materials and practices. This project has been organized since 2004 as part of the summer edition and since 2010 in the winter edition as the English Winter Camp. We support this action financially and organizationally.

Ecological activities

We also conduct pro-ecological activities. Our initiatives include: implementation of environmental policy, sustainable management of raw materials, waste segregation and environmental education. In our office, we use simple solutions that minimize the consumption of paper, water and electricity. We know that our daily habits shape us, so we inspire each other to pro-ecological changes.
